It feels even more special having alicia and Taka together too, going to enjoy the rest of these! Thanks!

2024-11-22 18:39:58 +0000 UTCThe 10 minute tangents arent bad, what kinda sucks is trying to explain jokes and talking about stuff with a creator as it happens, its like showing someone a movie for the first time with the director commentary on, it just breaks up the flow and makes it more about making the show then the show. I dunno maybe its me but i dont enjoy these as much as i wouldve just seeing alicias solo reaction to hellsing abridged. Id love these as a rewatch but not for a first watch of the series

Ever since the abridged came out, it has completely superceded the original and I never hear about anyone watching it, especially reactors. Makes me sad cause the show is really good and well made. Not that the abridged isn't good but the original vision is lost in the adaptation imo I'm just sad that no one ever seems to appreciate all the work the original creators put into the anime
