He has a wind based devil fruit, whether its a Logia or a Paramythia remains to be seen, though given its a natural element a Logia makes more sense. Thats all but confirmed at this point, we just don't have the details

There are theories going around but nothing is set in stone. Anyone who tries to definitively say what his fruit is is just referring to one of those theories.

In the luffy flashback luffy isnt a big time pirate while dragon was intentionally upsetting the WG. Just like the WG attempt to kill ace before birth they would 100% go after luffy. If they are willing to go as far as killing a fetus before birth, they wouldnt hesitate to kill a child who's parent is intentionally trying to dethrone the WG.

2024-11-24 10:57:50 +0000 UTCIt’s a good theory about Choper the problem is that the name of his fruit is the same as Sengoku HitoHito no mi (human human fruit), the difference between Choper and Sengoku is that Choper has the most basic one while Sengoku has the hitohito no mi mythical type model Buddah, it doesn’t mean that Choper has a weak devil fruit, something that I understood, is that in the first half of the Grand Line where the Haki is rare, Logia devil fruits were the strongest, but in the second half, in the New World Zoan devil fruits are becoming the strongest devil fruits of the One Piece World

He was looking for a "mushroom that can cure anything" and the Hirohito looks like one, and by changing "races" in the onepiece world, maybe you can change into a human that is immune to some deceases, and let's not forget the mythical power of such fruit if you know it's full potential: it can be any type of human', we have seen chopper use this a lot: llongleg tribe? Jumppoint, longarm tribe? Armstrongpoint, giant? Monster point. We even see him transform into the tribe that gave him the library during the time skip using the Kung Fu point... Now imagine the possibilities: the lunarians, the old giants that are bigger than modern giants like oars,or any other old race that was too strong and get exterminated... Idk you guys, but maybe there's a serious reason the wg don't want people chasing chopper and gave just a small reward for it... So a Zoan fruit can be really powerful by itself and have more powers than just 'change forms', like Marco's phoenix fruit... Or the Buddha fruit... If it can be a legendary creature... Imagine the possibilities: weather control creature, dragons, unicorns, hydras, dinosaurs, Kyubis, etc

Meaning even after all this time Luffy still yes has trama and he hasn't forgiven himself. I think that line speaks alot about Luffy us and his crew don't even understand.

I always heard about that theory and it became even more popular, but that theory existed since the episode where we see the gods representation in Skypea, but people thought it was a bit too much to believe it, the moment it became believable, was the moment where we saw the devil fruit of Marco, if a legendary and divine creature like the Phœnix can exist in the world as a devil fruit why can’t the gods ?

The ritual Ace, Luffy and Sabo did, where you swear brotherhood over a sake cup, is called "Sakazuki". "Sakazuki" also happens to be Akainu's real name. So when Sabo read the newspaper announcing how Akainu killed Ace he literally read "Sakazuki", "Ace" and "Luffy", thereby triggering his memories of the oath he made. Master-class writing by Oda!
