Jayce gets arrested, looks even worse because a child died due to his illegal experimentation, most likely committed Self Harm like he would have in Season 1. Viktor is not around to stop him because Jayce's notes would have been even harder guarded and possibly disposed of immediately, also he likely would not be as interested because this killed a Zaunite. Powder doesn't become Jinx because Vi made Jinx, she still had people around her. Silco and Vander reconcile because they both realize they failed Felicia's promise, Violet is dead. Not to mention Heimer getting here 3 years early can really speed up what was probably already getting started between a Piltover/Zaun alliance. My only complaint was we don't see anything about Caitlyn

Though for a show that spent so much time on the nuances of systemic conflict and how difficult it is to undo, I was disappointed that the only explanation we get for the undercity becoming a utopia in ~10 short years is 1 moment of sympathy for a dead thief. : /

But now that Powder has access to time-travel technology which works using just tiny slivers of hex crystal, and a little nagging voice in her head from "our" Ekko ("was it you?"), she's going to use her stockpile of complete crystals to go back and save Vi. Which derail everything and leads to her own madness. Source: I made it the fuck up.
