For one, Viktor needs to be alive for him to go back in time and give that runestone to little baby Jayce, if that doesn't happen because he dies here... then this whole timeline just goes to shit (unless im reading this whole situation wrong). Jayce himself is a mystery tho, we don't know what his storyline is beyong this point so... he could actually be dead for all we know.

Im gonna be honest here.... even now i still don't hate Maddie. I don't even feel satisfaction when she dies. It could be because i inmediately liked her from her introduction in Act 1... but i think it's also because the writters weren't even subtle in the way they portrayed her character to make us, the audience... inherently hate her. In Act 1 she's introduced as a Ray of Sunshine who simply wants to help but without going into her psyche deeply. Then in Act 2 the very first scene she appears is in Bed with Cait, and given how much people are invested in the Violyn Ship... the writters knew that making Maddie be Cait's new partner was gonna stir shit up in the fandom and make a lot of people turn on her from this point already, for being the one that "Stole Cait" as they probably thought to themselves. And then.... the only other important thing she does after this (in Act 3) is revealing that she was a Noxian Spy all along and then... just die almost inmediately after that reveal. No deeper characterization or nuance in her true self like even Rictus had. This whole progression of events for her character simply tells that the writers wanted us to see her as a Soul-less Monster and cheer for her death. Like.... We all know how Noxus as a whole is like, what we see characters like Ambessa, Rictus and Maddie do is something we can expect from Noxus in general, which is why i don't fully understand why the hate towards Maddie is even greater than the hate towards Ambessa (i say "fully" cuz i know that the root of the hate comes from Violyn Shippers who don't want their Sapphic Couple threatened). Personally... i would've liked to see more of the "real" Maddie before she would eventually be killed, it would've helped me decide whether she is truly worthy of all the hate she gets. In Short..... im still coping with the fact that the "Ray of Sunshine" Character i liked so much turned out to be a ruthless killer.

I would like to agree with this. As the flashback we had in that scene couldnt have been Jinx or Vi's as they where both asleep. So it most be a Vander flashback. As when Jinx pulls out the monkey bomb, its the same style as the one on the nightstand or shelf in the foreground of the flashback. I think all that really changed was warwick letting go, but that would have been enough for jinx to get away from him and out.

Noxus invasion of Ionia would be a good call. As we could see people from Noxus as thats where it feels we where pointed last. Then we could see parts of Noxus and Ionia all in one good sweep. Than after that show a Demacia mage civil war would be its own good stand alone.

For a little context on why Maddie is holding binocular's next to Cait as she was sniping, she's acting as a spotter (a second pair of eyes) for Cait. Snipers lose a serious amount of their field of vision looking through their scopes, so a spotter's job is to scan the scenery for possible targets while the sniper takes them out. Otherwise Cait would have to pull back from her scope, find a target and adjust to take a shot.

nah, Leblanc got 3 wins in this season: 1- Ambessa is dead. 2- Mel (chosen child) found. 3- She now has the hextech gem from Jayce's hammer. She is the one who was controlling the crow, not Swain. At this point in the lore, Raum, the demon of secrets, hasn't made a contract with Swain yet. At this point, Raum is imprisoned by Leblanc and forced to do shit for her.

I still think there is a better timeline, where Jayce talks to Viktor instead of shooting him. That gives us a Viktor that heals the sick and helps people, without trying to solve everything. It gives us Isha, Jinx, Vander and Vi as a family. We would still have Ambessa and Noxus issues. But the war would be far less horrifying. Generally, Jayce has made a mistake every time he shot that weapon. He has shot victims, kids and his best friend. They might be weaponised victims, but still victims.

Arcane is so detailed. from the medallion alternate powder got (has ekko and jinx face on it the flower). To Jinxs boots decorations. one leg for Silco and Vander pieces of clothing/ design. The winions in the last act (red soldiers and blue with "Herold" buff). This shows deserves more and then some. To the music, to the art, and the story telling. Not to mention how they did the 3d animations saved a lot of money mixed with 2d, a whole new way to do things.

Caitlyn's arc this season is very rushed and she doesn't receive any consequences for her literal gassing of the undercity. The creators confirmed themselves that the finale was originally planned to be an hour and a half long. It was objectively rushed.

We won't get a 3rd season of Arcane, but this is what the creators have said. "Noxus, Ionia and Demacia are getting shows and are [the] next steps into this cinematic universe. We’re far from done, we’re going wide, we’re looking at every region, and we now have the ability to build a slate to tell new stories and continue others," he said. "[The] next series [has been] in development for about a year."

That was not what he said in the interview. He said they have been working on scripts, and have not decided on what region to do next. They are looking at Noxus, Ionia, or Demacia currently, but have not actually begun work on any of them, let alone all three at once.

My biggest complaint about this finale is honestly the fact that we barely got any Jinx/Ekko stuff… what we did get was just a few seconds. I wanted to see them actually talking (not just Ekko trying to talk her down from suicide) about what happened between them. It would have been such a great character moment for Jinx and would have made the jump to her appearance in the final fight feel less jarring if they showed her thought process transition a bit more into that space as well as the two of them creating stuff for it together. But they ran out of time ig. Honestly most things that they don’t show can be inferred but it still would have been nice to experience them within the show. But like Jayce said, there is beauty in imperfections. I love this show to death and will be very interested in seeing what the creators do next.

In an interview with Necrit, the co-creator of Arcane answered a ton of stuff over like two hours. He confirmed they've been working on the next animated series for a little over a year now, and he confirmed at least two others. The next few series will be following Noxus, Ionia, and Demacia though he didn't confirm which order -- granted I don't doubt that Noxus is the first up.

From what I've been hearing, there are some theories that she could show up in the spinoffs in Demacia since that's where her in game bestie Lux (at least in that certain universe) is from. Also if you look very closely right before the bomb goes off you can see two pink streaks flash off into the airducts. THe same exact effect used when jinx uses her shimmer speed.

I actiualy kinda like that Viktor became so powerfull that the only one who can defeat him is Victor himself. But yeah, Black rose had no wins in forever. At this point you can't even take Le Blanc seriously

Gotta be honest not a big fan of Viktor being the solution to his own problem storyline. Feels like it weakens the overall story, but what you gonna do. Also these fuckers make it real difficult to be a Black Rose fan, can we get 1 win. Bro, baby mage Mel overpowering who we assume to be Le Blanc (because who else would it be) is wild.

You know, after watching all of Arcane, I'm actually dissapointed by this second season for multiple reasons but mostly because we didn't get League Viktor AND this one is now canon now apparently... League Viktor was 100 times more interesting imo.

the viktor we saw was from a different timeline, it wasn't the same one from our timeline. Viktor and Jayce are definitely dead.

Noxus invasion of Ionia would be a good call. As we could see people from Noxus as thats where it feels we where pointed last. Then we could see parts of Noxus and Ionia all in one good sweep. Than after that show a Demacia mage civil war would be its own good stand alone.

Most people are not familiar with league heros or lore at all. So they just think of the next most popular character or are based off what other reactions or people have told them.

Even if it's not Swain yet, it's at the very least a crow of Raum, the demon of secret. At this point, Raum is imprisoned by Leblanc, so she's likely the one who's going to get the hextech gem that the crow picked up.

Also, considering the blue light the crow was looking at within the fragments of the hammer, I think the crow picked up the hexgem that was in it and is now bringing it to Swain in Noxus.

except that the crows in season 1 did not have red eyes. Only the ones in season 2. So he has seen a lot, but not everything.

That is definitely one of Swains crows, the 3 eyes part shows that. The thing is, they have been showing crows in important scenes throughout the show. Swain has more that likely seen everything, he has been a viewer alongside us from really early on.

bit of pointless info but Maddie was there with binoculars because she's a spotter. snipers in real world conflicts always have a partner with either a sniper scope or a special kind of scope to help double check distances before the sniper fires
