I used a transform constraint so that the hole can be animated very easily- just by moving around one bone :3
Also, I added a bunch of wiggle bones. I had an idea for an alternative to using wiggle bones to make secondary animation like this easier, but I might explore it some other time since it might take awhile to actually figure out how to do it >_>

I also was trying to figure out a good solution for the sack, but it wasn't working so I'm just doing something more basic with that for now...
