Kobold egg laying progress
Added 2022-02-14 09:58:56 +0000 UTCI did a ton of stuff on the animation- it's mostly done, beside the lip sync. I haven't gotten the voice work for this yet, and even so the character movement still needs a bit more polish. I've attached a viewport render of the full thing (I added 50 frames to get more the foot stuff in near the end). I also took some time to do some more animating for the glamor hole animation.
A little WIP thing with the fist
Once again, this will probably be a lot longer than I originally would have wanted. It's already up to the part where he puts his pp in. I don't mind working on longer stuff, but I fear that there's a limit to people's attention. I've attached an updated animatic.
It's hard to resist doing some more animation on this, but it's really best if I freakin' decide whether or not I like the triceratops' lines and move ahead with the voice acting.

Thank you both for the reassurance! I also think that it has a lot to do with the presentation and pacing of the animation... like, a bit of intrigue, some juicy stuff, some exposition but in just the right amount.
