I know its just lighting, but everything being shades of blue, turqouise and green in Lapis' dream is so interesting and eerie. It reminds of JoJo's, but because its mainly lighting, the color scheme change is diegetic.

Dang, I hadn't thought about that. But yeah, Steven being the only one to treat Lapis with any kind of kindness is probably true. Makes her loyalty and commitment to his safety make even more sense, yeah.
