I made myself feel a little bad when you asked how Naruto could get better at the Summoning Jutsu and my first thought was "not suck at it". I mean it's true, but still pretty harsh.

Not sure if you picked up on it, but when Kakashi was rock climbing he shouted "Open!". It allowed him to get out of a sticky situation. He was opening the first of the 8 inner gates that Guy and Lee use. Kakashi is able to open the first 2, FYI. They don't specifically say this in the show, but it's mentioned in data books.

Hokage usually serve for life. Sometimes, there is a successor already chosen and ready to step in. At other times, there is a selection process. The 3rd Hokage had already chosen who would be 4th Hokage and opted to retire instead of serving until he died. When the 4th Hokage was in charge, the 3rd served as another councilor along with the other 2 you saw with him during the meeting. When the 4th Hokage died sealing the 9-Tails, the 3rd simply resumed the position of Hokage and will stay until he dies or chooses another successor.

may have it mixed up a bit in the beginning, your reference to the Fourth being 80, you might meant to intend it to be the Third. The Fourth, we've only seen glimpses of so far and he would have been roughly mid 30s at the time of Naruto's exams.

First, Lord Fourth is roughly 80 to 90 years old and is part of the first generation trained in the village. Kakashi, Guy and the other Jonin are roughly in their mid to late 20's and served in the last ninja war as kids(like actual kids being child soldiers). Jiriya, Orochimaru and the people part of their generation are currently in their late 40's and are part of the first generation born in the village. Second, I think the scenes with Sakura here are underrated. I thought the first scene got across her concern very well with as few words as possible. I liked the scene of her picking flowers because it shows how much thought she puts into her gestures and that she thought of Lee without being prompted. Lee stood up for her now she respects him as an equal. Third, I love Sarutobi Sensei (Lord Third). Fourth, if you’ll allow me to quote the Normies, ‘GAAAAAMMMMMAAAAAMMMMUTHERFUGGGINBUNTAAAAAAAA’.
