Just as you said how Dragon Ball's dub is great(much better than the sub actually) the dub in Fairy Tale is even more so.

Ohhhh that Nalu raft moment barely even scratches the surface of their scenes :P It also seems you like angst, and Jerza is THE angsty couple, so be ready for all of that.
