⭐One Piece Episodes 79 & 80: Watch Along & Analysis

Comments

with 1000 episodes (which this series will easily surpass) / 2 episodes a week / 52 weeks a year = about 9.6 years.

Also Also, That Duck is a hero and I love him.

Also, I don't know if you caught on or not but according to Crocodile Baroque Works usually communicate by letter so he probably didn't recognize Mr. 3's voice because he had probably never heard it before. (also fun detail: the transponder snails reflect the face of whoever is talking at the moment)

One thing you might want to add to the segments is a reaction to the one piece cover. You see much like a hunter Oda doesn't leave anything to waste. Each eight or so covers tells its own short story about a side character that was left behind. For example: the two episodes detailing the return of Buggy and the two episodes detailing the adventures of Coby and Helmepo were both told using the cover art but they were so plot essential that they put them in the anime.

Answer for how long at current pace to catch up in one piece: 9.6 years. (This is based on 2 episodes a week, 52 weeks a year, and 1000 episodes, which the series is definitely going to fly right past.). Also if Arlong upset you so much, then you may not be ready for the Real villans of this series, just a fair warning.

Another week, another set of One Piece episodes. And you all know what that means! It's time for another Fun Fact of the Week! But first, let me welcome you to Drum Island. This island is the start of a trend of very odd local animals at each island being plot relevant. So that'll be something to look forward to. This week's Fun Fact will be about one of the animals we saw last week. Q: My husband and I are huge fans of the "Hiking Bear". But we're curious about something. What happens if one forgets the "salute" (mountain-climbing manners)? We're so curious, we can't have any children! O: Yes, that would be a serious problem... What I'm going to tell you is extremely important, so PLEASE remember it. Hiking Bears are bears that love mountains. They simply cannot allow people with bad manners onto the mountain. The punishment is this: sitting in correct Japanese style for one hour. It's very difficult. The people who suffer this have severely cramped legs, and they all say the same thing. "Please kill me, now". But the bears will not allow it. But that's what they get for insult the beloved mountain... (From the "Drum Kingdom Animal Encyclopedia") So there you go! Always be courteous to the wildlife! And speak with your heart, like Zoro! Here is a small easily missed detail from episode 79. When the ship was shaking from Wapol's ship rising out of the water, Sanji was holding up Nami's bed with his arm and leg to keep it from shaking. What a gentleman! Alright, that has been the Fun Fact of the Week! Enjoy this week's episode! Good luck Luffy! Make sure to say hello to Tony and Kureha this episode, and goodbye to Shōchi no suke. This is the last episode with that ending theme, time for the next one.

Now I am not sure how you feel about lore/fact drops, but i do have 1 that you may want to know. You don't have to worry it is not a spoiler more of a confirmation. Ok here goes: Oda has confrimed after many years of speculation, that Tashigi (Captain Smokers partner) and Kuina (Zoro's childhood friend) are NOT the same person. Kuina's death in Zoro's backstory is offical, and there similarity is just to mess with Zoro.
