Soooooo...that was definitely smoke from burning flesh coming off Bacterion when he was electrocuted by Tamborine. He was flash fried. Also, the stake through Man-Wolf is due to the fact that they wanted to pay homage to the horror genre where you have to plunge a stake through the heart of various undead and horror beasts to kill them. So you are about to meet the one guy in the entire Dragonball series that I identify with on almost a Spiritual Level. He is realistic, willing to help when he knows he can and loves to think with his stomach. This is my boy here. (No spoilers, learn his name when you watch.) You talked about how Goku finally found someone he couldn't beat...well that isn't exactly true. Both Roshi and Goku mentioned that he would be too tired from the tournament to be able to fight fully. Remember that this all happened in the evening of the final match of the tournament. Also Goku is at full power on a full stomach and what happened right before Krillins death? He didn't eat. Might be another story in a rematch. But also remember that Piccolo is many times stronger than both Tamborine and Roshi. So keep that in mind when you think about his strength. Like I said, I would be nice about Dragonball. You are still in store for a lot of dark moments but there is a triumph coming in the next episode and it comes from none other than my boy. Look forward to it. After that its more dark and scary shit. Have fun.

Planned to kill the tournament characters? Hahahahahaha. Kat, Toriama laughs at the very concept of a plan. Plans are for those who think and Toriama does not think he creates, no thoughts involved. Thoughts are for the weak... or the constipated. Seriously though, Toriama is known for his highly improvisational writing style. He just writes and sees where it takes him. Most of the time it kind of works itself out(which is a skill in and of itself). Though he also has a notoriously bad memory leading to some pretty tragic/hilarious stuff that he forgets later down the line.

dbz used to be on cartoon network ahh the good days lol. what funimation did to dbz was basically take out the background music and sound effects in their redub version so when u watch it its just the characters talking but it’s like a dead silence on the important parts u can tell they cut the music out where it suppose to come on .the music brung life into the show every main character had a theme song that u knew when u hear it they not playing around lol.

I mentioned it before but it's interesting how different the texts are. Every time you repeat something, I always notice how big the differences are. The whole thing with pets was not mentioned by Tambourine in German as an example. Or Goku didn't say I'm gonna make you suffer. Episode 103 I don't think anyone is looking for Goku because it's not that easy. Goku doesn't have a dragon ball with him. So it would be hard to find him. they don't have another Dragon Ball Radar either. Goku had the only one with him.
