To Eugeo's family issues, first off he clearly didn't kill his father or brothers, that's part of Quinella's manipulation. His father and brothers treated him coldly since the day he received his calling and his mother never stood up for him to stop them from doing so. They were "disappointed" with Eugeo because of his calling, not helping out on their farm and whacking away at that tree every day, even though he has no saying on that matter. To add insult to injury, while they treated him coldly for his calling they had no problem taking most of his salary for the family while leaving him with barely anything. While there is some truth to Eugeo being starved for love, thank's to his really lonely live with that kind of family and having spend the last 6 years (before reuniting with Kirito) basically completely on his own, it's really Quinella being in his head from the get go, as seen with her appearing in his nightmare in place of his mother even though he has never seen her before. It's not like he was in any state to make proper rational decisions and decided to accept Quinella's offer, it's more like she (metaphorically) drugged him and then manipulated him in that intoxicated state into consenting.

Always funny to anticipate you getting surprised by a cliffhanger because we're seeing the timer approach 22 minutes quite prominently heh. Re: will the time in Underworld affect Kirito mentally: I think this will come up at some point because the show already touched a lot on identity/personality conflicts between real and virtual worlds. I also hope to see more about bonding with the artificial souls in Underworld and how multiple worlds can coexist. Kirito treats the people of UW like real humans and we haven't really seen him thinking about this being a virtual reality in a while. He wants to save this world from destruction in the final load test that Cardinal foreshadowed. Full dive technology: will absolutely exist. I think we'll figure out how to connect to the right neurons to do that. Although probably not in time for SAO's timeline. Maybe not as easy and wireless, but with an implant or cyberbrain like in Ghost in the Shell or the new Cyberpunk 2077. It looks like we're currently heading in that technological direction.

I love the fight between Eugeo and Bercouli. I think it’s the first time we see Eugeo fight all out with out the help of Kirito. Keep an eye out for the OP of episode 21, it has quiet a few changes

The thing about time passage in the underworld vs time in the real world, is actually the REASON they erased his memories after his dives. Well, secrecy was also part of it, but cant have your primary tester age a decade or two every week. If you remember WHY the Adminstrator did what she did to Cardinal. She was nearing the limit of the amount of data her Fluctlight could contain. So this is probably important information. I think the uplifting ending song, is the same ending song for the entire cour (forget-me-not by ReoNa, who also does the OP for the final cour of SAO), although this was a different mix of it. The theory about Eugeo and his family was Administrator making him believe he killed his family, so he would not want to think about them, trying to erase them from his mind. Note at the very end, when he sees his apprentice, Tiese, then a wall appears in front of her...then he sees young alice, and a wall appears in front of her...then Kirito, and a wall. Forming a triangle around him. The same shape as the thing that has been implanted in the minds of all the knights.
