HAHAHAHAHAHA! Alright, you finally got the debut of Kamen Rider Evol, and I was not let down by your reaction lol. Admittedly, I feel like Episode 33 is one of the weaker episodes in Build because of how Evol gets his upgrade. It required the main characters, most of whom are smart enough to know better, to fumble around with the blind idiot ball. But, because of the moment of his debut, I'll give that a pass lol. Also, fun tidbit, when Evolt turns the crank, the driver plays a snippet of "Ode to Joy", the song that Episode 29 starts with.
RIDER TRIVIA TIME~! (HAHAHAHAHA!) So, with the debut of Evol, I feel it's appropriate to talk about Kamen Riders as villains. While the idea of a villainous Rider has existed since the original Kamen Rider, they were never explicitly referred to as Kamen Riders. In those days, they were either Shocker Riders or didn't have Rider in the name. A famous example of a Rider-like enemy would be Shadow Moon, a popular character from Kamen Rider Black and Black RX. Starting with Ryuki, Kamen Riders were allowed to be villains, and honestly, some of my favorite Riders end up being one of the villains a good amount of the time.
