Sasuke’s relationship with itachi in the flashbacks is what you consider family. his father being the leader of the clan and chief to those who work in the police force makes him cold. I wonder where sasuke learned the walk away from those you love hmmmmmmmm. Mystery solved his mother never said anything because she agrees with fukaku (sasuke’s father)

The Sand Ninja are here to help cos they were asked. It's how allies act and it was never the Village hidden in the Sand that was the enemy but our slithery, snaky friend from the Sound. Just like they said, it was a mission. If they had refused, others would have taken their place...not that Gaara really could have refused but still. We are getting close to one of the best parts of the origin series (the new DVD boxes are called Naruto Origins to differentiate them from Shippuden). Who will win? Will Naruto get through to Sasuke and bring him home or with Sasuke destroy the very person trying to save him? Guess you will have to watch to find out. P.S. Enjoying the flashbacks? Hold onto that feeling.

Well Kat & Tat. Let me explain why Gaara, Kakuro and Tamari are there.. Tsunade Send a message to the Sand Village, for help. Secondly, The sand village was never bad, it was Orochimaru (who killed the Kazekage) then took his identity and played the Kazekage part in the Chunin Exems... The Sand are now friends again, So Tsunade send those 3 after Shikamaru's squad for support..

The top 3 original Naruto tracks, in order of my favoritism and not quality, are "Evening" and "Strong and Strike" from OST 1, and then "Grief and Sorrow" from OST 3. It has a much emptier set than "Sadness and Sorrow" that just feels...much lonelier. That being said, my top 5 Naruto tracks are all Shippuden music, as great as these are.

Again I'll save the Naruto/Sasuke stuff for the end. Otherwise, I understand why people consider the flash-forward in Shippuden 1 as spoilers, but I personally disagree outside of VERY minor character stuff. Doesn't bother me either way though.

So regarding that comment that informed you that "the first few minutes of Episode 1 [of Shippuden] is a huge spoiler" : Honestly just watch the episode normally, don't skip the beginning. I'm pretty sensitive about spoilers, and I don't consider the beginning of episode 1 a "spoiler", and skipping around just overcomplicates things and ruins the experience (especially for a watch-along format). This is a point of contention among people who have been fans of Naruto for awhile, every time a reactor gets to this point, there are always a vocal minority who say to skip the beginning of Shippuden episode 1, but ultimately they are always overruled by the majority of people who tell them to just watch normally. To contextualize it without spoiling, the beginning of Shippuden episode 1 starts with a flash-forward to a scene that comes a bit later on. This was not done in the manga, so manga-purists tend to suggest skipping it, but the thing is the majority of modern Naruto fans experienced it the way the anime presents it. It is a very well executed intro to Shippuden and sets the stage for things to be hyped about. TLDR: Just watch normally when you start Shippuden, don't worry about skipping the start of the episode. No hate to anyone who disagrees, I definitely understand where they're coming from, but I think there's a point where going too far to avoid "spoilers" just results in diminishing returns The only things to worry about regarding spoilers are episode titles, like that person mentioned, and spoilery OPs that people will probably warn you about in the future (doesn't really start happening until later on) P.S. The comment a few down from this one from Catsmonauts contains some significant spoilers. I don't think they meant it maliciously, but figured you should know before you potentially read it
