⭐Girls und Panzer Episodes 6 & 7: Watch Along & Analysis with Dio

Just watched the seventh episode reaction. Again, couldn't hear Dio. About what Anzu was eating, she was eating sweet dried potatoes. She mentioned them a while back and I believe that's the only thing she's seen eating until next episode. About why they only took one flashlight into the ship to find Saori, it's safe to assume they had not expected the ship to be dark. Yukari had the helmet light because she is always ready for camping, which was shown in a previous episode when she cooked rice at Miho's apartment. About why the Anzio fight wasn't shown, I don't think there's an official reason given. Apparently, the manga fully shows the Anzio fight and skips the Saunders fight instead. As for why they didn't reduce the number of matches by one, that would only have 8 teams, which they might have reasoned is not particularly inclusive for a national competition.

Just watched the sixth episode reaction. Again, couldn't hear Dio. Despite this being my favourite anime, I don't know everyone's names either. Ltnorm explained the helicopter in his comment. This is an anime about WWII tanks, it would be weird if they didn't get the looks of the military hardware correct. xD Ltnorm also explained the flag match rules in his comment. In the match, it wouldn't have mattered if Anglerfish were knocked out before Arisa because Anglerfish wasn't Oorai's flag-tank, Turtle team was. I think the St.Gloriana practice match should have been a flag match to make the rules clearer. About Miho drowning, she sinks in the opening (while conscious). In the actual anime, I think the only flashback was a tank sinking with no people shown.

The Anzio match is an OVA, And there is total 6 movies I think And I believe the school ships are funded by the Japanese state but they have hometown like our Ooarai Girls Academy they have the costal town of Ooarai so they can go there for service and matches, And each school ship is themed after different countries like St. Gloriana Girls' College :The school operates many early-war British designs, and is themed after the United Kingdom. except our school they have no theme since it´s the smallest of them all and tanks from all kinds different countries Ohh and the helicopter is a real thing it´was called :Focke Achgelis Fa223 it started production around 1940 I think by Germany but only 20 were built. And the match against Saunders was a flag match so like they explained in the show that means that you have one flagtank in each team and if you take out the flagtank the match is over it doesn't matter if how many tanks are left.
