Renly is a lot like Eugeo. Characters in the books and even in the anime they hint to this. (you'll see) the guy Renly killed was his best friend and like his Kirito, as Kirito was to Eugeo. Though in this case the deaths are opposite. But part of the reason the 2 broken wing doves that have become the divine object the double wing blades chose Renly as their master. Renly won the unification tournament when he killed his friend, which was why he became a integrity knight, so he has a high skill in fighting. The reason the giant glitched because Giants have this belief of strength and he was their chief but he was scared probably one of the few if not only time he has ever been that scared which goes against his directive to kill the humans, it's like when Humbert was glitching him wanting Riaos to use his tie to save him, he belives Rioas should save him but that would mean Riaos would die which was against the taboo index so it was to strong beliefs contradicting each other frying his fluclight. though this time (for the Giant) his killer instinct and the order by Vecta took over and his willpower/incarnation to kill paralyzed Fanatio. It's already getting crazy and it's just getting started.

I forgot to mention in my original comment but now would be a great time to start the Light Novels as Volume 21 just released in English today. I haven’t read it yet but it is the first of 5 Volumes (so far) in a new arc called Unital Ring.
Just a pity that we have to wait so long for the original release to be translated.
Volume 21 released in December 2018 and its only just officially being released in English.

My only criticism with SAO is that they kill all my favourite characters like Sachi, Yuuki, Eugeo and even the two dark knights seemed really interesting.
But sadly those characters deaths really helped Kirito and Asuna grow into who they are, and like Eugeo said, those memories will live on in those close to them.
The judgement on Renly and calling him a "failure" and "broken" would really effect his mental image, which if you remember is a source of strength in the underworld.
Sorteliena didn't have the confidence to beat the 1st seat until she saw Kirito fight him without hesitation.
I believe that confidence isn't the only source of strength, as Kayaba told Kirito in Aincrad, A person is very strong when they seek to protect something.
I think when Bercouli killed all 800 Minions he used his swords ability to cut the future like he did in his fight with Eugeo, only that this was on a whole other level. It makes you think how much was he actually holding back when he fought Eugeo and what did Chudelkin mean when he said "the other side" of his sword.
I know that MasterAries 7 already has a list of episodes that have after credit scenes but i will also comment a reminder each week if you want

Regarding season 4 for SAO, I would give an estimate that it would be releasing around 2024 at best. This is because the author is currently writing four series at once (Accel World, SAO, SAO-P, and The Isolator) so he is releasing one main line SAO book a year and at worst 1 every two years. The English release for the new arc (Unital Ring) barely released book 1 on January 19th while the Japanese one is up to the 4th volume in the arc(Vol 25 overall). Which also means that in its unfinished state, unital ring is already twice as big as almost every arc up to date, and almost half the size of Alicization. Technically the next arc is Moon Cradle, but the studio is seemingly not going to animate for whatever reason. As you know, the next thing they are adapting is the first arc of SAO Progressive, Aria of A Starless Night, which is basically a retelling of Season 1 episode 2 and should be releasing in theatres at some point this year in Japan(I'm updating this some time later, but I was just told that apparently the production for the movie has been completed so there should be another trailer soon enough). There are rumors about them adapting the second arc of progressive, Concerto of Black and White, for next year, but there has been no confirmation on this. I was going to comment the after-credit scenes, but someone already beat me to it in the comments so ill leave that out. If you didn’t notice, the guy who helps out Deusolbert with the green shirt is Golgorosso, Eugeo’s mentor (That wasn’t originally in the Light Novel, but it doesn’t really change much). The girl that saved Fanatio (Dakira) became an Integrity Knight because she had fallen in love with a girl and that goes against the taboo index. After she became a knight, she had her memories removed and she forgot about the girl she had fallen in love with. At some point later, she ran into Fanatio and she started to fall in love with her shortly there after (I think it was because she looked similar to the girl she had fallen in love with before, but she couldn’t remember that). I’m pretty sure the novels don’t go too in depth with her either, but definitely more than the anime did. If you want to know more about her, you would have to check out the game Sword Art Online: Rising Steel. In there, there’s a story called “The Hidden Affections Behind the Mask”. More accurately, you would have to look up a video with that story (It doesn’t have gameplay but it’s set up kind of like a visual novel) since it was part of a limited time event and isn’t available in game anymore. That game contains a lot of events that show the backstories of the knights and other characters, and although many are no longer available, they should all be on YouTube if you search them up. One of the ones I like shows how Ronie and Tiese got recruited for the war, "Gathering of Swordsmen", which had them having to fight Bercouli 2 v 1 (Like a few other scenes, this one was fully animated too). And now for a fun fact, Reki (The author) has written a lot of short-stories for SAO. These range from OVA-type of stories and Slice of life-ish stuff like “Sugary days”, to something like the cake timeline (Officially known as “If You Were Here”). This timeline is an alternate reality of Alicization where Raios and Humbert were bitten by a poisonous crab and had to take a break from the Academy. This meant that the events of episode 10 didn’t happen and Kirito and Eugeo accomplished their goal of becoming Integrity Knights. They also don't get their memories taken away because they are still apprentice knights. The story is a more fun version of Alicization (With a lot less death or depression) which basically revolves around Kirito and Eugeo resolving their problems by baking cakes, hence the name. It's still being written since Reki really doesn't know when to calm down with how much he writes (This man has written 61 novels in his 12 years as a published writer), but its really enjoyable to see how the story would've been different if everything went as planned. (Sorry for the overly long comment again)

Episode 35 - This one would be hard to miss since they replace the whole ED in this one. But there is a scene after the changed ED.
Epiosde 36 - Its brief
Episode 38 - Another one of those that replaces the whole ED, but there is a scene after it.
Episode 45 - Important one
Episode 46 - Another replaced ED, but there is one after it.
Episode 47 - Yes.

The thing about Gabriel winning BoB 4 using only hand to hand combat, was also the reason for Sinon's nightmare about it. Since i am guessing that is the way he killed her during BoB4.
Yeah the most jarring sound in all of SAO was back in season 1, when they took Yui back to the town of beginings to find her family, and she starts glitching out.
Renly was participating in a sword tournament it appeared. Several of the other integrity knights were chosen from winners of tournaments. Like Eldrie, which is how Eugeo recognized him. But the tournament was not supposed to be to the death, big overhead slash, and his buddy's sword broke.
I am checking for future after credit scenes now, i will reply to this comment with the list.
