2021-03-20 04:28:48 +0000 UTCHERE WE GO! And so, the journey through Gaim begins. I'm sure you're gonna love the series. Oh, and you were curious about how he got that Strawberry Lockseed, he literally got it with the Orange one when he picked those two strange fruit in the forest in the first episode. Also, yeah, one of the guys in Team Baron is named Zack. He's cool, I guess. When I was watching this while it was airing, my friends from high school I was watching with made a big deal out of it. He gets cooler later, but we'll save it for when that happens. SOIYA! Now it's time for our first RIDER TRIVIA TIME for Gaim! WOW! So, let's talk about Gaim's Orange Arms, his base form. His design is very much inspired by a Samurai. He wields two swords, much like Samurai of old did, has a crest on his helmet, and the armor itself is styled after the O-yoroi (great armor) worn by Samurai. However, his armor is designed to resemble a specific leader from Japanese history. The crescent moon crest on his helmet and the fact that his visor is one piece as opposed to two separate eye pieces is meant to evoke the image of Date Masamune. Masamune was famous for being a brilliant tactician, though he was more well known for having a missing eye. He was often called the Dokuganryu, or the One Eyed Dragon of Oshu. Alright, that's it from me. Hope you're excited for the story to come, because Gaim is very well known among the fans as being one of the best. Well, yeah, of course you'd know that one. Lastly, Gaim has one of my favourite characters in Kamen Rider. I will watch patiently as I wait for them to arrive. Until next time... Ciao~
