You're partly right about what the "filler" arc is, but like Soren said, it's more anime-only and not really filler because it does get referenced in the manga. It's not absolutely necessary to watch it, though, but maybe you can watch it on your own and then let us know your thoughts at the end of it? But I'd rather you continue on to 152 on here. You should be good to watch the intro at 158. As far as OVAs go, the first three happened before the time skip (kinda why I was advocating for you to watch them right after Edolas, but it's fine). The fourth one actually takes place the same day as part of episode 153, but it also kinda spoils something that doesn't get revealed until 158, so maybe watch it around then. But you should definitely watch it soon because there is some stuff that the anime left out that they put in the OVA. Is there a way for me to send you manga panels when I want you to see how something went in the manga but it got changed or left out of the anime? I hope you're not disappointed in the next episode with what you started heavily talking about there at the end 😬😬😬 I think it gets handled well, though.

I’m not saying you NEED to watch the “filler” arc but I wanted to let you know it isn’t the same as most filler in anime. It’s just an arc only in the anime but is still cannon as referred to in the manga later. And to answer some questions on ages, Romeo is currently 13 and Sting and Rouge are the same age as Wendy should be, 19.
