Kobold egg laying, sound + rendering in progress

The sound is pretty much done! I was working on that in between fluid bakes, since it's a light enough task to do as fluids are being baked. And finished that up yesterday. The balancing I might tweak between the voice, sound effects and background ambience, but this is quite close to the final audio.

And currently, I have the final renders rendering. I'm up to frame 232 (which is the frame below) and... well, still many more frames to go, but I think if I let this cook over night, most of tomorrow/tonight and most of Sunday, all 4750 frames can be rendered.

Just in case I can't get this sucker finished before the end of the month, I'm making this post available to all patrons. In the attachments, there's a preview with the first bit using what final frames I had rendered at the time, but the rest is the preview from the last WIP post (where I mistaken forgot to turn off the visibility of the imp's jiggle meshes).

Both VA's are back, doing a great job reprising the roles! Princess Lil is the kobold babe:

I would love to have Suke Bancho in a more talky role... the camera imp is a quiet character. But they do an absolutely amazing job with shy/soft spoken characters.

One thing about the voices in this, the timing isn't the best because I made the mistake of thinking adding in the voices would be easy, thinking I had plenty of space around the parts that might be talky parts. It could take more time that it would be worth to re-time some parts (there's moving all the frames around, re-baking sims, checking to make sure nothing got broken in the process...)

The reason for being a bit behind where I'd like to be is I kind of spent a bit too much time trying to get a good animatic ready to help the triceratops' VA get an idea for the character for the next animation (the follow up to the dragon with the toy in the bathroom with the hole in the wall). You'll see what that's about in the future, for those who aren't in the loop!

I'm pretty hyped though to get going on the dragon animation!

So that's it for now, it's just a matter of rendering all the frames...
