Finally got the face rigged, it's the same setup I've been doing for awhile now...

I really want to try some more advanced rigging techniques for the face, but I don't think it's a good time for that! Like I found out recently you could use the action constraint on bones to make almost like "bone shape keys" and I was like "holy cow... this is over powered"

But I haven't done anything with this... yet! I saw it in this video where the presenter used it to do some lip controls.
I also did record/use some reference to help animate the smaller guy's movement. I'd share it but you're not missing out on much and I'm not comfortable sharing. But it did help a lot with figuring out how to move the center of gravity of the character, like stepping forward or the side.

Like this part, I think it has a very natural looking stepping/leaning! I've attached the full thing so far, still wip, it's getting there though. The parts around frame 1450 are supposed to show a monitor of some kind, with a cam showing his tailhole (and saying something, idk what yet, I've been dying to record some voice for this but haven't had a chance to >_>)
