For awhile now it's been eating away at me... I've been unhappy with Mitch's design for two reasons... the first is that I think it could look a lot more appealing and the second is that, while redoing his rig using my current rigify work flow, the weird curly hair things are a huge, enormous pain to pose and will be so annoying to deal with if I do as much animation with him as I'd like to do in the future. This is what he used to look like:

One day I got out of the shower and had my wet hair (I have long hair so like the whole thing, back flopped over the front all to one side covering one side of my face) and I looked in the mirror and thought "... this might be what I'm looking for..."
I started by drawing a rough sketch with my horrible 2d art skills. I figured he'd wear a head band to style the hair up and on to one side.
I took a render of him from the side and made some tweaks/drew over stuff to get a better idea of what I need to do in 3d.
It took a fair amount of tweaking but finally I got it looking pretty good in 3d! I made the beak smaller/shorter, tweaked the face/eyes in general a bit, added some spots for cuteness... so both the hair-things and the face got some renovating.
To be clear though in universe he's only monstrously endowed after a couple years of him and Nyro having sessions like they had in that WS animation from awhile ago, with enough exposure some growth can happen and Mitch's junk was very receptive to the growth hormones in his friend's fluids!
To distinguish between past and future Mitch (so like, normal sized Mitch and monster sized Mitch), I figure he could have shorter hair things and he let those grow over time.

Not sure when I'll do anything with him though... you see, I've been working on something secret and trying some new things out with this secret thing and I've discovered possibly the way I'd like to rig dongs going forward:

You may have noticed I haven't done a 4skin in awhile. That's because they're such a pain to rig and deal with in animation... this method I've come up with is bone based for deforming the skin but I'm using lattices to deforming the dong after the 4skin does it's thing (so a rig for getting the 4skin shape but lattice for the curve of the dong overall).
Like the character rig doesn't deform the dong directly, rather it would control a lattice that would control the shape of the dong (since lattices don't need weighting/binding the head and skin won't do weird clipping when it's covering the head)
It's a weird, unconventional setup... BUT it works quite well, still need to fix some problems with having it attached properly to the rest of the rig. I'd like to do this technique on Mitch's junk so he can have a nice 4skin (which would be especially amazing when he has big big dong!) so I need to perfect this method first before anything. Heck, I'd like to give the raptor bros this setup... auggggh I'm just imagining two hung raptor twink guys with luxuriously animated 4skin and it's getting me worked up >_>
Anyway that's about it for him... but yeah more advanced dong tech is in the future.
