Date an Otter Beta 1.0

Date an Otter is finally done! 

If you scroll down to the bottom of the post, you can download the latest beta. This version contains all the content I have planned for the game, so I'm eager to hear your feedback on it. I'm going to give Patrons about a week or so to run through and help me squash any bugs that may have popped up before I publish the finished game on itch.io. Once the game is published, I'll put out an announcement post for all Patrons $10+ so that you all can claim your game keys.

Here's the changelog: 

• Added 11 new female sex scenes (29 total images)

As mentioned in previous updates, this final update is mainly just finishing off the remaining female route's sex scenes. There's a lot of lewd lesbians this time around!

• Separated CG gallery by junk to reduce load times

The automatically generated thumbnails take a bit longer to load than I expected. Splitting the gallery like this should hopefully alleviate this issue. If the remaining hitching is still too much, let me know so that I can fix it in an update.

• Increased gallery navigation buttons size

This is mainly for mobile users. It should be easier to navigate the game now.

• Increased size of "Make Me" screen buttons for mobile devices

Same as above.

• "Make Me" screen should now accept "enter" to close text input

Pressing enter to close a text box just makes sense. This should also make navigation easier for mobile users.

• Added name generator to "Make Me" screen for devices where text input doesn't work

This is also for people who are having trouble naming their character. It should make starting the game much simpler and it makes going through gallery replays significantly easier to jump into.

• Modified final CG scrolling speed to avoid nausea

The scrolling speed is now based off of the A Night With a Bat Girl scrolling scenes.

Fun statistics: 

The game contains 2,901 dialogue blocks, containing 28,111 words and 143,451 characters, for an average of 9.7 words and 49 characters per block.

There are also 87 unlockable items in the gallery including 39 art pieces, 28 songs, and 20 replayable scenes (technically 39).

Note: the PC build was too big for Patreon, so I used a different compression method.  You can use 7-zip to extract the game files like you would a .zip.
