Where we are in the story with no input from future episodes, Sasuke would prefer Sakura over Karin as do I haha. It's funny 'cause I see Suigetsu and Karin as Sasuke's subconscious longing and replacements for Naruto and Sakura. But yeah, I also ship Sasuke with Sakura.

Sasuke has the looks and attitude so there's definitely some general attraction, but I think Karin's hyper-infatuation has a lot to do with his chakra and her ability. Suigetsu and Karin are both characters with interesting abilities, and personalities that I wouldn't really like if Sasuke wasn't there as the straight-man. A fight between Karin and Sakura...would last a very long time and be incredibly aggressive...and Sasuke wouldn't care much at all right now.
