Also I personally don't want Roman to come back. Mostly because of the impact his death has on the show. You already mentioned Neo and on top of that as I wrote I really like what his death tells us of this world. Him being this negative but not realising it and using it but instead trying to convince himself and others that what he does makes sense is literally what got him killed. So bringing him back would destroy all of that. And not every villian, even if he has potential to, doesn't need to be redeemed.

2022-05-28 20:09:59 +0000 UTCMaybe Roman as specifically did deserve better but his death was pretty good writing on multiple levels. First because of how of a low level threat he was and him dying means that this part of the show is over. And as a contrast to Adam. Both he and Adam live a life full of negativity that attracts Grimm. But Adam embraced it and uses it to fight, which is shown in him just slapping the Grimm coming for him. Roman is not that. He seems like a scared man who tries to survive by doing selfish things but nothing more. He rather tries to convinve Ruby (and himself) that he does everything for a good reason and doesn't realise that his negativity is going to attract Grimm.
