as Carter pointed out, the recap at the beginning of the episode is a continuing issue for the rest of One piece. you may also notice repeating scenes at the halfway point. I believe this is an attempt to slow progress, so the manga can stay ahead. FYI: the anime AND manga are currently in the same arc, and the manga has recently started become more of a bi-monthly (a chapter every other week.) then weekly.
