If one of my friends tried to kill me and my other friends, I would not feel conflicted in the slightest. I’d save the ones that are still on my side and working to protect each other. Sasuke is for all intents and purposes an enemy at this point. And Sakura is just being really naive about the whole situation. And that’s why she gets hate for that line.

They were a bit rude to her, but Tsunade is technically the 2nd oldest Kage there behind Tsuchikage, and also 50+ might be "old" in the shinobi world because, you know, child soldiers and early graves. The amount of hate Sakura got/gets for the "which one would I save first" line is kind of astounding, but I guess a lot of people have never felt conflicted before.
