The reason why it's called "Billy the Rod" is because the Japanese onomatapoeia for electricity is "biri". And in japanese, the "r" and "l" sounds are interchangeable. So "Biri" and "Billy" would sound the same.

Just something about the gold, the little States Change jingle, the weapon(Called Billy the Rod for some reason. xD), it's just pretty neat. It also debuts one of my favorite Insert Songs for Kamen Rider, so this episode is definitely one of my favorites... Despite JK being such a little shit. xD ...Though maybe the reason why it seems like you've seen more of Fourze is because you DID see more of Fourze in the OOO/Fourze movie? ;D ...I wish I had an actual answer for you though, if I were to take a guess... Maybe it's because you only see two episodes a month, thus you might *feel* like you remember more of it compared to if you were binging more episodes? Of course that's pure speculation on my end, so it could easily not be the case at all.
