The discussion was wonderful I personally watched this film in 1998 in theater. It's funny that the person that took me to watch this film was an Athiest. Yet he always respected I believed in God same with respecting my mother. I personally haven't read the Bible much I try but is hard for me I like listening to Christian music and watch films like this. I got Joseph is another film Joseph and the Color Rainbow was also made by dream works. I'm not suggesting but I'm giving you the name.
