First of all, everyone should have Bob Ross videos playing in the background if they want to elevate their lives. But the 3rd is shown just hanging out in his study painting in one of the very first episodes, pretty sure someone interrupts him to report Naruto's hooliganism but he definitely would've had Bob on. By 356 Kakashi is 18ish, Kinoe/Tenzo/Yamato is 14-15, and as mentioned Naruto and his peers are 4ish. This is definitely an anime-canon arc that might have minor things here and there that don't add up, but I don't know if the mangaka was involved in the writing or not.
