The actual backgrounds to the songs themselves is a bit long so I'm going to give the basic Tldr versions I guess. The first song is rather simple in this regard because it is the Norse Creation Story in other words how the Vikings and the others of Scandinavia would tell of how the universe, the Earth and Humans were created. Powersnake is about one of Loki's three world ending prophecy children Jormungandr the world serpent and rival to Thor. So the story behind him is that Odin which makes him able to grow to an unnaturally large size enabling hims to eventually kill Thor with his venom during Ragnarok as he also dies by Thor hands. I like how you took away more meaning from both Hel and Chain Breaker you always have very interesting insight on specific things that I don't even pick up on. But Hel is the telling of the story of another one of Loki's three world ending prophecy children by the same name who is the ruler of the realm of the Norse underworld going by the same name. But anyway Hel was basically thrown out of Asgard into Her by Odin himself in order to postponed Ragnarok but in doing gave her power over the dead which in turn made her more powerful and in turn gave her, her army that she would march on Asgard with at Ragnarok. And Chain Breaker is about Fenrir the last of Loki's three world ending prophecy children. As the narration before the song said Fenrir was raised by the Gods in Asgard until one day he got so big Odin started getting worried about well Ragnarok again which lead him to making a game out of chaining Fenrir up and seeing if he could break free. He broke free 2 times and the 3 set of chains were specifically and magically made by the dwarfs to hold him so the Gods proposed the game again and Fenrir was getting sus of this at this point so he ask for one of them to put their hand in his jaws on the pretence of if they deceived him the person would lose the hand. Well deception happened someone lost a hand and Fenrir breaking free is one of the onsets of Ragnarok also he manages to have two kids in this state and those kids eat the sun and moon during Ragnarok
