I set up my tripod in front of this interesting nature pool and used my remote to snap pictures of myself. That's usually what my days consist of...finding a neat location and spending the day there with my kiddos. At some point in the day, they'll be busy eating or playing elsewhere and I'll have about 15-20 minutes to create something.
In the midst of listening to my timer beep beep to take my next picture, I have thoughts that pop up like "why am I doing this...what's the point?" But then I snap out of it and just remind myself that I shouldn't overthink it and just snap my pictures that will lead to telling stories and give people insight.
Everyone feels stumped sometimes. We get down on ourselves or fall down the rabbit hole...but just snap out of it! Demand your presence in the NOW.
