Now, admittedly, I've only watched half of Kill la Kill, so I don't remember this character to well and what I remember of her was not the most likable (I think she was a villain?). I was surprised to see her win the art poll so effortlessly, so she must be likable later on in the show.
The pic came together very quickly. Since I wasn't sure what to draw her doing, I just had her pull down her panties. I know she usually has a cap with a skull on it, but I like how she looks with her hair down, so that's what I decided to draw for this pic.
