This is yet another character that I know nothing about. What I do know is that she's a character from a video game who goes meta yandere.
I decided to mostly play things safe and just draw her doing things I saw in art of her already (peace sign and outstretched hand) but I did try a fun trick by adding a barrier for her to reach over to hopefully make it look like she's reaching out of the screen at least a little.
