To be honest, I've never watched Fullmetal Alchemist even though I've heard a lot of good things about it. I do know that blondes are cute, though.
I did a few sketches for this one. Most of them were a bit more wrench focused. I think this pinup pose ended up being more fun. Her colors took a bit of tweaking to get right, but I think they look well enough now while still being distinct from characters like Samus or Pacifica Casull. What do you think of the finished picture?
