Date a Mink 3D Beta 1.0

If this is your first time hearing about Date a Mink 3D, here's some info:

Date a Mink 3D is a short, 3D visual novel where you go on a date with Eris, the mink! This small game is a test project for virtual reality support, complex audio cues, 3D character animation, and visual polish in Godot 4 in preparation for future projects.

As promised last month, here's the second half of Date a Mink 3D! The romance scenes!

You may also notice that this is the beta for 1.0. That means the project is done! My initial vision for Date a Mink 3D was never particularly large, but I will admit that the final project does feel a bit short. I have ideas for a larger story if you all really like this project, but I'm really itching to get to work on my next project as soon as possible. Since this game is super short, I will likely release the public 1.0 build for free (likely with some paid bonuses). For now, however, it will remain a Patreon exclusive until I at least have something new to show you all.

Major Updates:

• Finished the story / Added 2 sex scenes.
• Text log - you can now view missed dialogue by scrolling or pressing the "log" button during gameplay.

Changes:

• VR Toggle should now remember if the internal VR flag is enabled.
• The settings "Main Menu" button now has a confirmation dialog if you're not in VR.
• The confirmation dialog box has had its UI theme updated to keep buttons from clipping and make the label easier to read.
• Adjusted Eris's sitting animation to reduce jitter.
• Adjusted the angle that Eris holds her menu so that it's easier to see.
• Removed gendered terms relating to Date an Otter's protagonist since they can be any gender.
• Fixed an issue causing VR menus to not display properly. (Carried over from 0.1.1)
• You can now launch the game in VR mode by default if you create a shortcut and add "-VR_Start" to the path. (Carried over from 0.1.1)
• Eris's expression should reset upon returning to the main menu.
• The game now makes a persistent save for the gallery and Nude Mode.
• Nude mode now needs to be unlocked by finishing the game at least once.
• The placeholders in the gallery now allow you to replay the sex scenes once they are unlocked.
• Increased shadow atlas and adjusted shadows.

Known issues:

• OpenXR will complain if you do not have a headset plugged in or if you have a headset plugged in ("unsupported io path"). These log errors can safely be ignored.
