Redesigning Rain has been something I've been planning to do for a while as the first step for renewed development on Catgirl Care. Now that Date a Mink 3D is done, she's updated and cute. There's not a significant difference between her new design and her old design, but her hair and clothes are a lot more natural and should work better with 3D development. I'll rant more about Catgirl Care in the future, trust me.
As for this specific picture, it really didn't take long. I started early and finished quickly. Initially, I tried drawing her in a ready-to-pounce pose (with her butt up like a cat) but that didn't result in anything great, so I ended up drawing her post pounce. Once I had that down, it was easy enough to burn through it.
