This is another character that I'm surprised that I haven't drawn before. She's not my favorite girl from RWBY but I thought I had drawn most of the cast by now. She's very cute and a good fit for this poll's theme. That said, it's no surprise that this came down to a tiebreaker with Komi. Even the tiebreaker itself was tied when I was getting ready to stream. In the end, Neo won out by a single vote.
Today's piece came together very quickly (in under 3 hours) so I doodled a second sketch just for fun. I didn't want to draw her with her clothes on (they look complex) and it turns out that Neo is very simple to draw that way.
