As megane chan has a body shape similar to a hourglass, which means the width of her back growth as it moves from waist to the head. So the width of the back at the nipple position should be larger than that of under bust, which means the other part of the bust size should be larger than 32cm, half of the under bust size. So, in total, megane chan's bust size should be at least over 142cm, most likely to be over 145cm or even 150cm (150cm is pretty reasonable since I didn't take a lot of factors into consideration in the above estimate). I might be too picky here, but i suppose by showing the measurements you want to emphasize how enormous her boobs are but a number over 140 or 150 may exceed your definition of ("kyonyu" or "巨乳"). But technically speaking 121cm is way too small. Still, I would say the works are great and I love the character meganechan very much.

But I have to say, based on your previous work the measurement of bust size here is pretty inaccurate. previously the girl with blonde hair buried a whole 30cm ruler into megane chan's boobs, and the depth was over 34cm. Even if we take the boobs as half of a circle, the bust size part in front of the body should be 34 * pi, which is over 106cm. But in reality, the perimeter of two boobs should be larger than half of a circle whose radius is 34cm. The distance from the nipples to the chest should be longer than 34cm, which means the the bust size in front of body is at least over 110cm.
