Daemon: He makes sure that he and Rhaenyra get seen, so that no one might want to marry her and he is the only one left in the ring of candidates. And he even openly confesses it to Viserys. I woulnd't even say, that he purely does it for his personal gain, maybe he truly thinks that this would be the best solution for the realm because he absolutely doesn't want Otto's blood on the throne, as he said in episode 1. 2. Criston: Really get's into deep shit, because he violated his kingsguard vows. 3. Otto: Want's Aegon on the iron throne, so he tries everything to get Viserys to let go of Rhaenyra and sees this as the perfect scandal. 4. Viserys: On the front, he acts as if he doesn't belief Otto, because if he did, it would cause a massive scandal which could lead to him having to change the succession. But on the inside he knows that Otto says the truth and Daemon even confesses it to him. He didn't even have his kingsguard in the throne room, so that nothing of the talk with Daemon get's out. So he fires his hand who "lied (even tho Viserys knows that Otto tells the truth)", in order to minimize the damage and makes sure, that the only people who know what happened are him, Rhaenyra and Daemon. 5. Rhaenrya: If she doesn't drink the tea, she eventually risks pregnancy, which would be a disaster for her and would very likely cause her do be excluded from the succession, because the realm is already hardyl accepting her. If she does drink the tea, she admittes, that she slept with Daemon. Which is funny, because she didn't. But she slept with Ser Criston. 6. Alicent: Is on the one side jealous, that Rhaenyra get's to have the freedome that she want and she is bound to the castle and to a husband she obviously is disgusted by. But let's be honest, Rhaenya is somewhat lying to Alicent and simultaniously she isn't. The claim is, that Rhaenyra slept with Daemon and in denying that, she says the truth. She however still doesn't say the truth, because she is no maiden any more.

The age is a little crazy, but again, different universe. Skinny just said how the king should have just married young Lena instead.
