わたしの住む地域は暖かくなったり寒くなったり、気温が安定しません。皆さんも体調に気を付けて過ごしてくださいね。

さて本題ですが、わたしは3月から新しい治療を始めました。その治療ではホルモン剤を使用するのですが、主治医に副作用が終わるのに半年かかると言われていました。

4月の末に突然大きな副作用が出たため、主治医に相談し検査を行いました。

副作用は通常の範囲内だろうと主治医は言いましたが、検査をしていたら別な所に問題があることが分かりました。

臓器に4-5センチの腫瘍が見つかりました。その腫瘍はホルモン剤によって出来たものなのかどうかは判断ができませんでした。

わたしは難病の治療のために大きな病院にも通っているので、その病院で腫瘍の検査をしてもらうように言われました。

難病があるので常に注意して生活しているのに、さらに腫瘍まで出来ていたとは。少し驚いたのと、疲れたので身体を労わろうと思います。

今回できた腫瘍や難病の経過、個人的な話をこれからこの「LUPU TALK」でお話しようと思います。

Hello, everyone. This is lupus.

The weather in my area has been unstable, with temperatures fluctuating between warm and cold. Please take care of yourselves and stay healthy.

Now, moving on to the main topic, I started a new treatment in March. This treatment involves the use of hormone medication, and my doctor told me that it would take about six months for the side effects to subside.

However, at the end of April, I suddenly experienced severe side effects, so I consulted my doctor and underwent tests.

My doctor said the side effects were within the normal range, but during the tests, they discovered another issue.

A tumor measuring 4-5 centimeters was found in an organ. It was unclear whether the tumor was caused by the hormone medication.

Since I am receiving treatment for a rare disease at a large hospital, I was advised to have the tumor examined there as well.

Despite always being cautious due to my rare disease, I was surprised to find out about the tumor. I feel a bit tired and want to take care of my body.

I plan to share more about the tumor, the progression of my rare disease, and personal experiences in future posts on “LUPU TALK.”
