The right way to watch is before watching season 2 you should have watched the ova ilses notebook where a certain name drops. And when that name drops again in ep. 3 or 4 (i dont remember) another character will have a special reaction which dont make sense if you didnt watch the ova, but almost everyone misses that so far only filmbuff(reactor) understood that moment

2023-01-27 22:05:13 +0000 UTCWhen the beast titan first appeared I honestly thought for a brief time that he was a new species of titan that only ate animals (since he goes after the horse right away, and we learned in season 1 that titans ignore animals). Of course my theory didn't last long when he started speaking but that was still my initial thought nonetheless. Looking forward to seeing your reactions to this episode!

However, in the manga season 2 happens during and right after the Female Titan fight inside the walls. Btw that "Berserk" mode Eren goes in is non-canon, you'll never see it again.
