In order to prevent more loss of soldiers on both sides, they opted to take the initiative and kill innocent kids and people in Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Obviously, Eren's rumbling is on a much more massive scale, but it is a similar idea.

It's not going to help anything in the long run to kill people based on what-ifs. That's how this whole mess started in the first place. It's about breaking the cycle and trying to get to something better. It's not the easiest path, it's probably paved with a hell of a lot of hardship, but for anything remotely resembling sustainability amongst humans, it's the choice that would get closes to that. What you describe is being fascist and it's not any better than being racist towards Eldians. Neither of those is the "right" way and that's why it's about looking for that other option.

It's not an 'either or' situation. Human beings can feel many different emotions at the same time. Eren could feel angry at the people who are terrible to him/his people and who limited his freedom (he was) and still feel sad and conflicted (he was) about what he felt like he had/wanted to do and the impact his action would have on people who got caught in the middle (like the kids), yet at the same time he could still feel the necessity (which he did, that's why he started the damn rumbling in the first place) to kill them to ensure it would all stop. Where the hell did I say he has lost his humanity or that he's justified amoral? I said Paradis needed a devil to survive (which is true) and a devil wouldn't care about heroic morals (which is true). You are the one who assumed me calling Eren the devil. He would have killed them all if he was. Go back to school and learn reading comprehension skill before coming at people passive aggressively

"Bombs raining from above" And also Eren doesnt want the founding titan to continue he doesnt want famaly members to eat there own. My solution would be like Gabi said destroy all of the military send the world back like 500 years in Technology maybe kill some million people in the process and put every 1km(1mile) one colosal titan to let the people remember what will happen if they start a rebellion. And the founding titan needs to be past down or Eren needs do overwrite King frtiz ideology with his own. And so we would have forced world peace with some groups which rebell against the higherups and that will continue until something happens like in the big titan war.

The only bad side I see is for team Gek themselves, since this way it's veery easy to leak the upload, even with a password

They are basically fighting for the rest of the world, for people who persecuted them, out of their own moral reasons, only HOPING they can reach a common ground and negotiate after the rumbling. But by stopping the rumbling they are betraying Paradis and betraying Eren. I'm not saying more in order not to spoil this for the guys and @james. There is nothing wrong with supporting the main character because that's what people generally do... and even if you got attached to the main cast, if they become "antagonists" (because that means opposition and eren, being the protagonist, can never become an antagonist, even if he 'turns bad'), you will often still feel more loyal to the MC.

It's not the full strength, but they *are* very strong. I forget which episode it was, but one of them had the scouts cleaning up after a battle or helping with construction or something, and Mikasa was carrying a pretty ridiculous amount of lumber by herself on one shoulder.

I think just because Louise sees her as her hero, that doesn't give her the right to steal her belongings. I don't think Mikasa really owes her anything considering she's saved her life twice now. Louise thinks she knows her but in actuality, she doesn't. Before, she suggested to her that if Mikasa joined the Scouts because of Eren, then she should be interested in freeing him from prison right? Louise knows nothing about her. I see some people say she's "obsessed" with him but I respectfully disagree. Her wanting to protect him makes sense considering he’s most important person in her life and kept getting kidnapped for the past 3 seasons. Mikasa does indeed love him but she doesn't blindly love or make excuses for him. She criticized him for killing civilians in Liberio, didn't oppose her superiors when he rightfully got locked up for insubordination and refused to join the yeagerists. If she was truly obsessed with him, I think she would've joined them by now. Her inner conflict/turmoil about her feelings towards Eren and her decisions moving forward is so fascinating to me and makes her a more interesting character imo.

Eren has been a likable character for many people, and I think if it was someone like Connie who was using the Rumbling to destroy the world, then we wouldn’t see much of a fanfare.

The Ackermann are products of titan science created during the time of the Eldian Empire to serve the royal family (Not serve in the way Eren said to Mikasa). They are designed to possess the strength of a Titan in human form. That's why Mikasa, Levi, Kenny, etc have insane strength. They are essentially human Titans.

Yes there are innocents that are killed by the rumbling, just like there are innocents on Paradis who will be killed even though they did nothing to anybody. So why do they get to decide who's life is more valuable, but Eren can't? Because there are more of them? There is no morally correct answer, it's about who's side you're on. And I'm on the side of the people we've been following since the story began.

The government is now an authoritarian regime and hopefully one day some people do rise up against them like Shadis said. Also can we give a shout-out to Onyankopon? He’s an absolute king for calling out the yeagerists. They’re nothing but a bunch of militant nationalists and are the polar opposite of patriots. “A patriot is proud of his country for what it does; a nationalist is proud of his country no matter what it does”. Patriotism creates a sense of accountability and unity while nationalism breeds blind arrogance, devotion, and superiority and that’s exactly what they’ve done. They’ve used armbands to identify people like in Marley, they think their bloodline is superior to other races, and are willing to execute those whose only crime is choosing not to serve their precious empire. Onyankopon’s speech is so brief yet incredibly impactful and very underrated imo.
