My brother saw it tho, and he told me it was really good, so I waited until it was finished. I watch the whole thing in 1 day, like Brig lol, first 3 ep were not that different for what I expected but starting episode 4 and onwards it hooked me up,now I'm waiting for the Manga new chapter that comes out weekly. I also compare it at the beginning with DS, but in the end I don't think they have that much comparative points and I feel that DS has childish humor and not so deep story like JJK (don't get me wrong, I love DS but let's be real). The prequel movie is only 1 year before the events of season 1 tho, and you can watch either the movie or season 1 first, it doesn't make that great of a difference. Also... Brig, your sneeze is sooo cute 🥺

I know it's mostly for views and algorithm but I find it cringe. I think at this point you guys would've realised that it's not necessarily a genre but a medium where different stories can be told from childish to serious. I just find 'black man reacts' 'british man reacts' 'walmart cashier reacts' type of videos kinda cringe and it's a shame because your actual content is very entertaining.

2023-05-05 07:53:37 +0000 UTCJujutsu Kaisen 0 does not take place before Yuji Itadori is born like Brig said. The majority of the events in the movie take place a year before JJK. Although being labeled as a prequel to JJK, 0 actually came out before it, it was kind of like a "one-shot" manga with the weird name of Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School. So you could start off with either JJK or JJK0, although the movie adds a few scenes (they're mostly quick fight scenes of characters introduced in season 1 of JJK)

There are some slower ones but also some episodes that are just PACKED! It really does remind me of AOT that way. Hopefully after JJK yall can also react to the other animes in the dark trio (all animated also by the same studio) Hell‘s Paradise and Chainsaw Man. Hell‘s Paradise is currently airing and Chainsaw Man season 1 already finished! I read all 3 Mangas and I have to say that I love them all!
