It was also made after season4 part1 so it's more up to date

Eren's Titan obviously being Eren and Annie's Titan obviously being Annie). They also took some of the reactions from some of the people in the fanbase (ex. Eren and Levi) and put a comedic spin on it. I just love humor like this.

2023-07-16 14:57:00 +0000 UTCYeah, the first time I watched it I found it hilarious, but now it seems very cringey, growing older changes you, I guess.... but it is very nostalgic for those of us who watched this in the previous decade! I think the first season increased the popularity of the manga as well, as anime shows if done well can be excellent marketing for the source material. The more people read the manga, the more the show got popular and many more people were looking forward to season 2 (for which we had to wait for 4 years!!). I actually started reading the manga after season 2 aired, as I was so curious to know what happens next (I had been spoiled twice already and did not want to get spoiled anymore). I still remember the hype and excitement for the basement chapter reveal!
