I think there's a slim chance Mechamaru is alright. It doesn't really make sense that he played that fight so calculated and then lost his cool at the end. I think he knew he couldn't beat Geto and Mahito and the only way they'd leave is if they thought they'd killed him. His powers are pretty insane so maybe he pulled something out of his ass at the last second. Slim chance, but who knows?

Mostly got Patreon to binge their old vids and discuss new ones in the comments. Binging went fine, the discussions made me lose braincells though. If you have an opposing view on a show, you're not welcome. You have to pretend that a clearly trash show is good or you're constantly told to shut up. Just not worth discussing anything here with these rabid brainless rats (Coran and Stako mostly). 50% sure new show is FMAB, 40% sure it's OPLA, and 10% its Haikyuu. OPLA is too dumbed down to be good. FMAB is okay but I don't care enough about it, and I don't care about Haikyuu at all. So yeah, since I'm done binging and the discussions aren't worth anything, there's no reason to stick around. (watch a bunch of NPCs comment, "we don't care, good riddance") Save it. PS: ATLA first 8 episodes still one of the worst series of episodes I've ever watched. Doesn't matter if it gets good later on, it doesn't change the fact that the first 8 episodes are dogshit. Slightly feel bad that the two girls reacting to it have to pretend it's not the worst thing they've seen or have trash kids like Coran attack them.

Am I the only one that was very disappointed that the 10 days from when Mechamaru and Mahito were fighting just got skipped? I feel like we could have gotten more plot from a possible relationship with Ozawa and Yuji and even all the students especially Miwa's reaction to Mechamarus death. I just feel like a good bit of potential was skipped. Nevertheless I am still hyped and very curious on how this whole arc will be 16 more episodes and maybe we will get some flashbacks to the time skipped!!

Also more context about the Simple domain, just so you guys do not get confused. Simple Domain is basically a counter to being inside a domain so you aren't affected by it. It doesn't 'beat' the domain it just protects you from the sure hit. Mechamaru has mentioned that this was created during the heian era for the weak to survive that demonic era of curses.

It's good to have the option to improve the pacing even if it is fan made. I'm sure when the show finishes, they'll make a One Piece Kai like with DBZ. I wish fans could improve the writing of a ton of these shows and make better shows, but that doesn't exist, so we are stuck with trash shows or good shows that turned trash later on. Also, I'm fine with them watching One Pace whenever they want, you still get everything that makes One Piece great. I strongly dislike the art in Death Note and when I tried watching the show, I found it boring and dropped around episode 7. Never watched PN so can't say if its good or not. But hey I appreciate you being able to have a civil conversation. Some of the people I had a disagreement with on here made me lose braincells, but you were good. Enjoy the rest of your day 👍

i think the ladder half of one piece is garbage because of the pacing which the majority of people agree with me hence the creation of the fan adaptation one pace. also one pace is not part of one piece so if im going to rate one piece as a show i wont include a fan made adaption into that rating. and btw i like a lot of shows that get ruined later on because of poor writing or animations issues that i would still say they are good for example i think that death note and the promise neverland are both good shows that suffer later in the series (death note when L dies and PN in season 2) but unlike one piece they are not 1000 episodes long with 500 of which are dogshit with the occasional good animation episodes. i dont think we are getting anywhere with so we can just agree to disagree at this point.

@astroplace my point is that half of One Piece isn't trash, it still great unlike second half of GOT. And if you find the pacing to be bad, then you can watch One Pace from that point on with improved pacing. For the second half of GOT, there isn't a version of it that gets rid of all the plot holes and dumb writing. @astroplace popularity, runtime, and sales literally what is used to gauge if a show is successful. If it's successful, hey crazy idea, it's probably good. What do you use to gauge if a show is good? Game of Thrones got popular because it was SOOO GOOODD the first 4 seasons, and then when the writing was becoming shit, people still tuned in to see the end. I still rewatch first 4 seasons of GOT. If they think the pace is terrible when they get to those episodes, they can just switch to One Pace.

You can notice it easily. In some cuts it goes very dark and slowed. For example the mahito taking different animal forms scene. It's a japanase law to prevent seizure. It all happened after a single pokemon episode.
