All the words on the door are in Hebrew, and I can understand them all. They’re all considered as names of God or his titles from the holy bible and secrecy, which you’re not allowed to say out loud unless you’re already praying or studying the “truth” which is another word for the “Amen” and “The Torah” in Hebrew. Judaism is all about connecting with your soul and they say when people die they finally see all.

Just like a lot of things in this show, it's based on actual alchemical theories from ancient times. The cross was named after a Nicolas Flamel who was considered sort of an alchemist himself after his death.

2023-10-31 17:51:56 +0000 UTCCannons getting really good at predicting lately lol. I love this episode. I love izumi and sig, they're such a loving couple even though they seem scary on the outside. Her backstory is another thing that makes me feel more connected to the story, my mom met my stepdad and they decided they wanted their own child and got a tube reversal. They got pregnant pretty fast but we lost my little brother halfway through the pregnancy because my mama got sick and she herself almost died :(. I can't wait for y'all to meet some of the new characters, we meet one of my favorite ones soon. You'll get an answer to all your questions!!

2023-10-30 21:08:07 +0000 UTCi always laugh at the line delivery when al says “no food, no water, no nothing” lmao he was so fed up. izumi’s backstory is so sad and unfortunate. it’s crazy looking at it now how great the writing is, especially for the characters. every character has a purpose in the show. i’m so excited for y’all to see the next episodes!!!!
