2023-12-11 05:14:16 +0000 UTCGotta try to do 6 or 8 a week for this arc. I would say this arc is best when you binge it. There's a lot of small details, a lot of interesting examples of juxtaposition. Forgetting things will worsen your experience with this arc.

Dub voice acting in the last 5 years has taken a crazy downturn, and the HxH dub is one of the worst examples of it. Leorio and Hisoka have good voice actors, Gon and Killua's voice actors are atrocious.

Of course, it is a trade-off, wait for the punitive force and other hunters to arrive so that they have more manpower to fight the Chimera ants, however, the more they wait, the higher the probability of the Queen having birthed the King. So yes, they are also battling time and have a sense of urgency

Wouldn’t really recommend the movies though, especially the one that introduced Jed and that stupid On shit. Also they’re not canon and contradict the HxH timeline
