Honestly I don’t really hate her but Im more disappointed in the writers not taken advantage of the potential of some of the characters.

Yeah she has some moments later but always relapses. She lies and tries to trick Naruto with her fake love crap. She constantly chased someone who genuinely hated her and tried to kill her several times. She is just an awful character aside from some very specific moments

Dattebayo doesn’t have a meaning really, which is when there’s no extra words added in the subtitles whenever he says it. But it’s still words that need to be dubbed over in English so they added believe it over every Dattebayo to match the words on screen
