My opinion on why there are explicit scenes with Theon: I think the way they show the explicit scene could have been a bit more subtle, but 1) books are even more explicit, show has dulled it down, 2) we see Theon open up about his true feelings only to women he is with, mainly the ones he pay for. I think even though he feels at home in North, he still has weird feelings and doesn't feel safe enough to open to Rob or someone there. Plus he usually brags about his Name and his father's status to them, people who won't throw at his face that they lost the rebellion and he was actually a war trophy rather than a Lord's son. 3) we also see how he is usually aggressive or harsh with words with these women, showing first of all his hidden anger and secondly how he feels better by degrading/using them. Little finger also had a scene in brothel where he opened up about his love to Catelyn to prostitutes working there. As if they are the only ones who would listen to them

Riverrun isn't in the Stormlands Jack, it's in the Riverlands. The Riverlands are the center of the realm but oddly enough aren't their own Kingdom. Harrenhal is also in the Riverlands. The Stormlands are south east of the Crownlands (King's Landing), the Riverlands are north/ northwest of King's Landing.

They’ve decided that now is the best time to become independent but they want to “pay the iron price” for it which basically means fighting for it and earning it by yourself rather than aligning with another kingdom and working for them. Idk if anyone answered this in the 2x1 reaction, but the 3 guys she sends are a part of her khas, which is people of her household, basically. They're also kinda young warriors (as you can tell from their hair) assigned to protect her mostly. Dothraki culture is vaguely interesting - the guy who wanted to kill the witch repeatedly was one of Drogo's three blood riders (called Ko); every Khal has three Kos. A Khaleesi only has khas (household).

Renly and Catelyn are not from the same place. Renly is a Baratheon (Robert's younger brother) from the stormlands (Storm's End). Catelyn is from the riverlands (Riverrun specifcally). Her family, the Tullys, rule the riverlands while the Baratheons rule the stormlands. The reason Renly has so many men is because he has the majority of the stormlands lords (Stannis' "rightful bannermen") as well as additional support from another region. Remember Renly's lover from season 1? He pushed Renly to claim the throne and said his family would support him. You'll find out more about them but that's what you've seen so far.

Also, with all the comments you guys made about all the sexually explicit scenes, just know that the first couple seasons were really known for those type of scenes. Great reaction the thing with Theon's dad is he definitely don't fw with the starks they killed his sons. When he rebelled against Robert Baratheon. And took Theon as an hostage. And the Greyjoys are a big house. They basically the valerians with the sea. That's why Theon went to get more ships. The iron way means to take what he wants and not get it handed to him. So happy we got an Arya scene. I agree with Jack Tyrion is definitely Tywin's son. Can't wait for the next episode.
