2024-06-17 05:19:21 +0000 UTCThe counter of Mustang’s power is close combat, because he risks to burn him self or miss if the object is too close, he said it also during his fight with envy, he said that he understood that envy was trying to come close to counter his fire but he wasn’t gonna let him because he was too slow, but these dudes, being ex Bradley candidates, are way faster, so basically even if he tries to burn one of them far away he can’t because he have to concentrate on the ones that are one him, close, and being that close he can’t burn them. We also see this issue later with Bradley himself, he is way too fast and Mustang pin-pointing doesn’t work, because he moves super fast and it’s literally on him in a second
